Dall’acqua al sale
Come proprietà indispensabile per gli organismi viventi indaga la trasformazione reversibile che il rituale di passaggio naturale del sale comporta. Dalle acque salate del mare a quelle di salina fino ai cristalli del sale solido. In chimica il sale è un composto di ioni di carica positiva e negativa che può portare all’elettricità con la dissolvenza in acqua, oltre di ritornare al punto di partenza. È uno dei pochi casi reversibili in natura.
From water to salt
The project is an investigation inside the reversible and natural transformation of the inner element of the water, the cyclic ritual starting from the water of oceans to the creations of the fundamental for life on Earth. In chemistry, salts are ionic compounds that result from the neutralization reaction of an acid and a base. They are composed of cat ions (positively charged ions) and anions (negative ions) so that the product is electrically neutral. It is one of the few reversible case in nature.
