La visual artist Lia Pascaniuc esprime, attraverso la sua opera-ologramma “Breath” (2020), la contingente necessità di aria e leggerezza, rappresentata dall’impalpabile battito d’ali delle farfalle. L’artista lo ha catturato e riprodotto in eterno grazie al supporto tecnologico ologrammatico. Un respiro lento e profondo. Un respiro che rigenera il corpo e lo spirito. Leggero, ma vitale, come l’anima, in greco: la psyche.
“Breath” è nato durante il primo lockdown. È frutto delle sensazioni e delle percezioni che la visual artist ha vissuto durante quei lunghi mesi e che hanno influenzato il suo modo di vedere e sentire la mancanza di libertà e di aria.
The visual artist Lia Pascaniuc expresses, through her hologram-work “Breath” (2020), the contingent need for air and lightness, represented by the impalpable flap of butterflies’ wings. The artist captured and eternally reproduced it by means of the hologram technological support. A slow and deep breath. A breath that regenerates the body and the spirit. Light, but vital, like the soul, referred in Greek as: the psyche. “Breath” was born during the first lockdown, as a result of the feelings and perceptions the artist experienced throughout those long months. Experience that influenced her way of seeing and perceiving the lack of freedom and air.
